Marcin Paprocki

Marcin is an expert in financial advisory with over 20 years of experience, especially in mergers and acquisitions and privatizations. He started his professional career in TDI. Afterwards he worked in the Advisory Department at PwC Poland (former PricewaterhouseCoopers) in M&A and Private Companies Services (PCS) teams. He was also part of the advisory team for the energy sector. In February 2013 he re-joined TDI Corporate Finance as a Partner.

Marcin has advised private entrepreneurs, corporations and Private Equity funds in sell-side mandates, in acquiring investors and other forms of fund raising, within buy-side mandates, as well as management buy-outs and IPO’s. He has gained experience in projects conducted in sectors such as FMCG, including cosmetics and packaging industry, medical services, energy and utilities, telecommunications, retail and services, publishing, hospitality, and industrial manufacturing.
